Education has the power to transform lives and create peaceful and just societies. I want to use my adventures to tell the story of the mountain and its people to foster cultural exchange and inspire and educate our youth.
I have teamed up with Education Above All (EAA) Foundation, a global education foundation established in 2012 by Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, to help amplify their mission to bring hope and real opportunity to the lives of impoverished and marginalised children, youth and women through education.
Already, I have visited local schools in Qatar to tell them about my route to Everest, to teach them about mountaineering and ultimately, to inspire them to always dream bigger.
